Years Experiences
Welcome, I’m Rachel Nicole!
Communications + Social Innovation Specialist

“As a first generation Canadian, I have always felt a strong responsibility to share the narratives of underrepresented voices.”

I started my career in public relations, design, and digital strategy; although I found it fulfilling, there was always a missing piece around connecting communities and amplifying underrepresented voices.

I found myself gravitating towards projects that had positive social impacts while exploring innovative strategies that could engage stakeholders and foster change.

With 15+ years experience within the non-profit sector, as well as extensive knowledge of government services and the entrepreneur ecosystem; I am able to leverage my lived experiences to help organizations navigate diverse, inclusive and equitable practices.

I’m proud to have the opportunities to teach and learn from community partners.
